can't download anything from bb app store

Hi pls help,everytime I try and download anything from my torch I would click on the download icon , it will require my id, after tht it will take me to another. Page where I have to accept the terms and conditions, after accepting it will take me to my information details page and it just stop there.I'll never get to dowmload the actual item, am I doing something wrong?
