cannot view my blackberry app world icon

I had to re-download blackberry app world application as it was deleted after trying to download new version. I have it installed but it is not set as an icon. I tried to re-download it again but the same thing happened. I cannot go into blackbery app world to download and I don't receive any update for upgrades etc.please assist

Please read this Knowledge Base article on the issue, pay attention Resolution #4

 

BlackBerry App World icon is missing after upgrading to BlackBerry App World 4.0.0.63
