content protection problem

Hi. I've got that content protection problem when downloading from blackberry app world. Every time I try to download something, a message comes up that says, "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Client. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again,". I'm sure a lot of people had this problem and many of them have had their problem solved, but i've already tried solutions like disabling the encryption and doing the battery pull but the message still comes up.

 

Are there any other solutions that I can try?

Maybe it has something to do with the laws in the country you reside. Not all apps are allowed to sell everywhere...

india n i was able to dwnload one app in my bb 9380 but the same is not in bb 9360 how come is it possible???

it sucks yaar.. not able to download any app??? then wats the use of buying bb phone.. still i m getting the same msg ??? i think its some other problem with cell. plz suggest..

Should be something else, I don't think the content regulation is so strict in India, like, you made the Kama Sutra originally so no point in blocking apps like that, or any other... Maybe best advice is visiting a BlackBerry store, if nobody else here can come up with something better?
