Re: downloading whatsapp

  1. From where are you downloading the file?
  2. On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
  • What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
  • What is the status of the BlackBerry Enterprise Service?

Re: downloading whatsapp

grrrrr.. I really am trying to help you.

Please, look on your phone where I stated, and answer the SPECIFIC status. There will be some wording to the right of "BlackBerry Internet Service". What does it say?

Re: downloading whatsapp

You're not stupid. Don't say that. You're just not following my specific directions.

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.

  • What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service? It will say Mobile Network or WiFi or Wireless or what?
  • What is the status of the BlackBerry Enterprise Service? It will say not connected or connected or what?

Re: downloading whatsapp

Perhaps you should check your Options > Security and make sure you have NO firewall set on.
