I just downloaded phase 10 from the acess shop but I can't find it anywhere in my phone so I can play it and everytime I try to download it again it says it already exists. What do I do?

Did you check your "Downloads" folder?


Look at options > advanced > applications. Do you see it listed there?


Do this:  With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.


Now look all over the BlackBerry again... in all folders, etc.
