I purchased this app for $9.95 and it does not work on my Torch 9800 or my 9810.
The app locks up all the time, normally when finding current Location. I have tried changing network settings, and it still will not work.
This App also makes visible the privacy password of each phone that it is installed on in every text message the app sends. Anyyone who knows that this app advertises privacy passwords can access all of my family members cell phones.
I have contacted e-mobile and they have stated that it's my connection speed causing the app to lock up. It is also Blackberry's fault that privacy passwords are advertised in each text message the app sends.
Bottom line is that the app does not work at all and I would like my $9.95 back. I have already filed a dispute with paypal, and hope that you can help me get my money back.

To get a refund on an AppWorld purchase, call your Telus technical support and get the call escalated to RIM.

That's cool... you can also initiate a refund via your mobile provider.
