email set up

I have tried to do my email set up but it won't let me click the email set up button I have switched it off and on again I have been to wwwmblackberry.com/intergrate but still no look can anybody help please

Please go to Manage Connections >hit the menu key and click diagnostics test. What are the results?

You're going to need to check with your carrier on your data plan. That BlackBerry PIN-PIN: No item is a problem.

I've ever had that kind of problems..u need to upgrade your software..
