error - I can't open some apps

Hi! I have a big problem with some applications that I downloaded. When I tried to open it, the BB shows a message: error starting with "app" verify the error. I can't open the application and neither show me a solution, only the BB shows "accept".
I need a solution please

Re: error - I can't open some apps

Doesn't matter what apps I tried to open because since 2 weeks or more when I downloaded the app, for example linkedin, Bkav mobile security or Facebook messenger, the error message is always: "Error starting Facebook messenger
Error loading module
Facebook messenger
Verify error
---> accept "
(for example with face messenger)
Please use plain text.

Re: error - I can't open some apps

can you open AppWorld, go to MyWorld, open the menu and do "refresh list" ?

can you open BlackBerry Maps and BlackBerry Messenger ?

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

If the error persists, please post back.

At that point, I'd recommend

  • Delete the application from Options > Device > Application.
  • Reboot again
  • Re-install the app from AppWorld.
