Are you trying to download the App World application or do you have App World installed and cannot download files from App World?

Hi,
I'd suggest you clear the App World cache and retry downloading an application.
If the problem persists I would suspect the problem is an error in the device OS.
After doing a full backup of your device using desktop manager reload or upgrade your device OS using the steps listed in the link below.
