hi I have problem with appworld when I try to download file iit always tell that error loading module what's the cause?it done this after download please help

Are you trying to download the App World application or do you have App World installed and cannot download files from App World?

Hi I do have appworld on my phone,so the problem is after downloads files on appworld it says error loading module,thanks for your reply

Hi,

I'd suggest you clear the App World cache and retry downloading an application.

If the problem persists I would suspect the problem is an error in the device OS.

After doing a full backup of your device using desktop manager reload or upgrade your device OS using the steps listed in the link below.

hello thanks for your help,I did what you told me to do and it helps hey I clear the cache on appworld and now some of the application are now working,some of them still saying error loading module.
