everything

basically I'm very unhappy with blackberry at the moment! not only is my bbm not working but my whole phone is slowly deteriorating. my bbm display picture will not change, and not the only one. many others on my bbm have been complaining that theirs will not change. this has happened to me before and i had no alternative but to update my bbm which would not like to do again! also my phone keeps telling me that my battery is 'too low radio use' it even does this when my battery is fully charged or even when my phone is charging. I can also not take a picture with flash as every time it flashes my phone restarts itself. I was hoping to get a new blackberry soon but I may be forced to move onto a different phone like an iphone! Please sort this out!

Re: everything

Hey daniels123,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

I would suggest backing up and doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.

If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)
How to use BlackBerry® Desktop Software to restore data to a BlackBerry® smartphone from a backup file

If the issue still persists after the reload, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.

Thank you.
