facebook chat on facebook applicatiob not connecting on MY account

ok ive got a blackberry curve 3g

ive updated facebook to the latest version

on one of my accounts i can sign in and go on chat and i can see everyone online

but when i sign in on my other account and i click go online it says connecting at the bottem for like 5 seconds then it goes and i cant see any contacts, ive uninstalled it and installed it again, that dont seem to work so what shall i do please someone help me out thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Chat for the Facebook® for BlackBerry® smartphones application.

 

Is one of your Facebook accounts a fan page or are they both personal accounts?

 

Are you able to log into chat on a computer with the one account that isn't successfully going online on BlackBerry® smartphone?

 

Are you able to provide a screen shot for the account when you go to log into chat?
