Are you in Vodafone?

You've listed your mobile provider as "Ken", never heard of that one.

Thanks my BB bold 9700 has been refusin to login my facebook account intead they ll ask me to go to www.facebook.com to verify my account for security reasons. I ve done the verification test severally to no avail. Pls need help.

Try reinstalling or upgrading the FB version in ur BB, might solve the issue...
