I downloaded a uken game from the BB world. About 4 weeks ago the game started having problems. I did contact their support teams and their last report said that the problem coming from either blackberry or the service provider which is Mtn. Have u heard from this? Who do I contact? Nobody seems to know what's going on. Any help will be appreciated.

It would usually be up to the developer of the game to resolve issues.

What's the issue?

Hi John

Thanks for the speedy reply. If been mailing uken games a lot. The game does not fully load. Takes very long too. All my game contacts use blackberry, and we all experience the same problem. Any advice or help will be greately appreciated.

To be honest, you're using a low-end BlackBerry device to play high end games. The 9320 was meant to be an affordable device but doesn't have the highest specs when it comes to memory, etc.

It's possible the game might run better on a 9900 that is a higher end device, but there's no way for me to know that for sure.

Again, there's no guarantee that the 9900 would solve the issue if it's a problem with the app.
