I downloaded a game using my app world and have paid for it. But every time I get to level2 it freezes. How do I fix it or who do I contact??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Beyond that, you likely contact the game developer for support. It also is possible that you have other things going on with your BB that could perhaps be the root cause, but this app just pushed it over the edge. Then again, the symptoms you describe would not be quite as consistent if that were the case. So I think I'd advice you start with the developer.
There is more you can do yourself, but it can be quite tedious. You can load your BB OS "bare bones" and make sure that the behavior does not at all present. Then you add the app and see if the behavior presents. If so, then you are quite sure that it is the game. If not, then you slowly start adding your optional/3rd party things, one at a time, until the behavior presents...at which time you will have identified the culprit. If the behavior never presents, then the clean OS reload at the start likely cleared up some OS level corruption.
Good luck!
