I know you just upgraded, but call the carrier and verify you have the correct blackberry data plan. They can also resend your service books!

i've just fixed it.
i had try to resend the service book and try to pull out the batteries to an hour but didn't resolve.
so i downgrading to V.4.6 and install BBM v 5.
and reboot my device and done.
once again. thanks for respond my post.
