hello,
i have blackberry 9780 bold, i did a software update, after the update i now have the older version of bbm which is bbm 5.0 ! it worked normally and i restored my contacts. after the software update i had the date wrong and i didnt fix it before updating bbm to 7.0( at the same day after software update) ! when bbm 7.0 is on my device now i cant set up the bbm.. i turned off my device and removed the battery and fixed the date many times.. it always start by this msg " Associating BBM with your BlackBerry ID" then i get the following msg on screen "blackberry messenger failed to register with the blackberry messenger service. registration is necessary to use the features of this application. Please ensure your device time is correctly set, open the My Profile screen and check the Blackberry Messenger registration status" and i can only press ok .. please ur immediate help is highly appreciated.
