Hi BlackBerry-Support-Team!
I have a problem connecting to my ICQ-Account with the ICQ-Software available at blackberry.com/icq:
I'm using a BB Bold with Firmware 4.6.0.292 on the o2-Germany-Network. ICQ-Software is V2.1.48.
Whenever I try to connect to ICQ, i get an "unexpected error"-message (in german: "Unerwarteter Fehler: Melden Sie sich erneut an, wenn Sie aufgrund dieses Fehlers abgemeldet wurden").
Surprisingly, this seems to appear only with my ICQ-No. (XXXXXXXXX), not with "fresh" registered Numbers.
Is there a limit in the ICQ-Software, so that Users with ICQ-Numbers smaller than 9 Characters can not connect?
I have all Servicebooks needed. o2-Germany supports ICQ in my Dataplan (BB-Option is booked, all other Internet-Services work well). Also, i have re-installed the software several times.
Is there the possibility, that my ICQ-No. is blocked in BIS?
A few months ago, ICQ worked on my BlackBerry.
