I noticed this error kept popping up on my blackberry 9780 after I downloaded bbm7/voice. It gives me four options: continue, close connection, view certificate, and trust certificate. I've tried both continuing and closing the connection; however, the error keeps popping up for 10+ times before it closes and let's me do whatever on my blackberry. The pop-up comes up randomly, even when my phone is idle. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, THIS IS SO ANNOYING!! ![]()
Thanks!
Oh, and I am aware there's another thread regarding this problem, but the solution didn't work for me.

I'm wondering.. are you using corporate email on your phone? Have you tried the trust option?

No, this is my personal phone and the only e-mail connected to my phone is my own. I haven't tried the "trust certificate" option because I don't want to trust something I'm unsure of.. ![]()

I understand. Can you click view and let us know the details? It may be related to bbm since it just happened after the update.

yesterday
trusting it doesn't solve the problem of it re-occuring!
mine says:
.voip blackberry, thawte (something something) not trusted.
Out of know where this started. I've had the phone for over a year, a 8520 version 5 OS
I "wiped" it
restored it
same problem
I created a "keystore" password
I apply it but the message re-occurs at random
I continue without using the keystore, it re-occurs at random
I gointo advanced setting/certificates and remove this certificate that has a "?" in front of it
problem re-occurs at random
I'd like a solution from Blackberry not some other user if I may please
