Downloaded applications for BlackBerry® Smartphones and Tablets

Hi,

Just downloaded new messenger and after rebooting as required, the phone worked for about half hour and then started to reboot on its own, continously. I tried removing the battery, inserting it but it continues to reboot. I have given my handset to the BB service center, its been 3 days now and my phone hasnt come back, moreover i have to pay for the service.

Now why is that ? i did not do anything that could have casused this harm, its something technical.
