Sorry to hear about your issue. The first thing you are going to want to do is make sure you are meeting the BlackBerry App World™ storefront system requirements as listed below.
If you are meeting the system requirements then try downloading BlackBerry App World by going to www.BlackBerry.com/AppWorld from your BlackBerry® Browser.
