Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your WhatsApp messenger.
Go to Options>Applications and delete WhatsApp from your device and ensure you reboot.
Reinstall WhatsApp (you can either use BlackBerry World or from http://www.whatsapp.com/ota/ on your device Browser.
If you are still having an issue entering your verification code after you reinstall the app, it's recommended you contact WhatsApp support to further investigate. You can email them at email@example.com
