It alaways prompt this error message : †ђξ application whatApp has attempted †̥ open c∕̴Ɩ connection †̥ c∕̴Ɩ location inside †ђξ firewall and outside †ђξ firewall which Ȋ̝̊̅§ not allowed by IT policy

I am sorry, there are strange curvy characters and square characters in your text, I cannot read it.

but you seem to have an IT policy. Is your device ruled by a corporate IT team ? if so, contact them, only them can tell you what you can do (or not)

who is the owner of the 9650 ? You or your company ?
do you receive emails from your company email servers?

is this device first-hand or was it used before by someone before you?
