when i go to log in to my bb app world on my new device ...

when i go to log in to my bb app world on my new device it says that i have exceeded the max amount of pin changes available for my account which is ridiculous I paid for the apps I should not have to repay for them 30 days later because of faulty phones

Your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to also include the reason why you have exceeded your maximum allowable PIN associations to AppWorld (e.g., multiple RMA, warranty replacement, etc.).

If that does not work, then please return to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.

Is this a complaint question or blame or a bad comment about the APP world?

mattron -- FYI -- these posts from "Questionnnnnn" UID's are re-posts from another channel for users to submit. These UID's aren't techincally registered on these forums and, therefore, only get the responses by anonymous re-mailer. Hence, interaction with the OP on the forum is impossible.

 

FWIW -- What the OP encountered is a valid situation -- one can only change their PIN association in AppWorld 3 times...after that, it takes other intervention to allow more changes, with the resolution path being is as posted in the original reply to the OP.
