App upgrade or download gives me error.

Error starting whatsApp: Error loading module 'WhatsApp' VerifyError. I did wipe for three time but failed. Please fix fresh sofware on my mobile please help me, I don't want stress self

I also have the same problem and I'm using a 3G curve 9300.This is very stressful,please help.

HI angelicus,

 

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with WhatsApp.

 

Delete WhatsApp from your device and reboot. After the reboot completes, reinstall it. Ensure you reboot after the reinstallation.

 

Are you able to launch WhatsApp now or do you get the same error?

Am using blackberry 9780 after the update of my whatsapp some app that I try to download from my bb world is know longer opening including my whatsapp each time I try to open whatsapp or some app it will show me error starting the application. Error loading module that I should verify error. Please i need fix on this
