Hello vadim123

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

On your Device when you open BlackBerry World > My world > are you unable to view that application on Uninstalled list .

Also Can you try this Knowledge Base :

KB17625 :  How to install or transfer previously purchased applications from BlackBerry App World to a BlackBerry smartphone

Re: App world: how to get back purchased app ?

Hello, thank you for your feedback.

Step 5. Install each item one at a time by completing the following steps:

------>>>>>>I don't see my item.

The problem is that I've updated my blackberry os from 7.0 to 7.1 !

So I can't see any installed apps from the previous os !

Vadim.

Hi vadim123

If you updated your device Software then first be sure that you are login with your BlackBerry ID , Homescreen > Options > Device > BlackBerry ID = xxxxxxx

Then perform those steps :

On your BlackBerry Open BlackBerry World  >  Go to My World >

  • For Keyboard based  BlackBerry  >  Press and Hold down the ALT key and then press R,  then S , then T

KB24714 How to clear the BlackBerry App World cache

  • Then BlackBerry World shall Close.
  • Now  Perform a Battery Pull Restart ,  While Device is Powered On remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back wait till the device take a long Reboot.

Finally after reboot Open BlackBerry World > Go to My World > and check again if those apps are available for reinstall .

Re: App world: how to get back purchased app ?

Hello vadim123

Yes I searched and noticed there are no such app like " QuickSlide " Are you sure that it is the complete and proper name of that application. If you're unable to view that particular app theit might be possible that the Application is no more on BlackBerry World or is not supported or the vendor of that app has remove his application .If you have any support email of that application , then you can contact that vendor directly for all support .

The above methods you tried does work for all pre BB10 devices, or should allow us to view any previously installed application on uninstalled  list , are you unable to view that in your Uninstall list ?
