App world problem

Hi, I have a problem with the new version of App World. I cannot download the latest version of the software, when I click on update it opens the browser window that remains white (doesn't finish the loading) and then returns on the App World (with the same request). Please help me, Greetings, Sara

Please perform hard reset by pulling your battery while your BlackBerry is ON and reinsert again. If still persists, you can try these:
