BBM

When I update my BBM I can't open it and there only words saying "setting up BBM and nothing hapen how to fix it ??

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.
Are you connected to the mobile network or to a Wi-Fi network when setting up BBM? Could you please try removing and reinserting your battery and retrying the setup and let me know if that helps?
