I have a Blackberry torch 9800 that has been a work horse. I have been using BB protect to back it up manually and then transfer data to my business phone. This has worked perfectly for some time until June 2nd.
Now when I back up the Torch, the program goes through its normal procedure and indicates on the BB protect website that the device was backed up successfully, however the version of the data in the archieve doesnt change. It only shows that the the data available is the same data from June 2nd, not the more recent backups.
All other funtions of the BB protect program are working normally as I have tested them. I have removed the battery from the device a couple of times and rebooted it. But that doesnt seem to help.
Can my BB protect account be corrupted in some way. Can it be rebooted to accept/show the more recent backups. Thanks
