I've tried resrtoring my phone to factory settings- wiping it completely, signing into a different BlackBerry ID, and restarting my phone. Nothing works.
When I try to download an app that costs money, it doesnt download. It gets stuck on the buffering circle ( I can still back out and go to the home screen, but I can't click back and do anything else in the BlackBerry World).
When I go to My Payment Options, it doesn't even show. The buffer circle will appear for not even a millisecond and then dissapear. The Payment Options just wont open. However, Content Controls- the option below it, WILL open when selected. What's the deal? I figure that the applications' inability to download has something to do with the defective Payment Option.
(free apps can download without a problem though.)
