Thanx for the response, problem is vodafone refuse to escalate to blackberry tecnical team, as they claim they have new orders not to escalate as blackberry now charge them £50 per escalation .
So in other words, i am screwed?????????????
Can someone advise?

You will need to contact vodafone and have them escalate the issue up to BlackBerry technical support.
Are you downloading and installing from App World ON your 9900 or while connected to the PC to App World?
