I cannot download apps from Appsworld
I get an error about not having enalbled cookies
If I want to download Apps liek Blackberry Protect
There is a thread that suggests going into Browser then MENU then reset Cach/Browser but when I GET TO MY BROSWER THEN MENU I HAVE
WHERE TO BUY
How do I get cookies enabled if I cannnot find Menus then enable coikies

This KB article may also be helpful. "When attempting to update the BlackBerry App World storefront via the BlackBerry Browser the following error is displayed. "Sorry your session has expired. Please close all of your browser windows and then return to the welcome page to start again"" http://blackberry.com/btsc/KB32113
If that doesn't resolve the issue, can you please provide the full text of the error message you are receiving? Are you able to try downloading using the BlackBerry World application instead of your BlackBerry smartphone browser?
