FB won't open

Each time I click the FB icon, the EULA comes up. I scroll down and press "I agree". Nothing happens. When I click "I Don't Agree" it closes the EULA. Have had this problem with FB 3.2 and 3.3. Help?

Do you currently have a valid BlackBerry data plan with your wireless network provider? If so, are you connected to Wi-Fi or the Mobile Network at the time you accept the EULA?

I am able to use the internet, including accessing FB via the browser. I am connected to wifi and mobile network. Does the FB app actually require a data plan above and beyond the internet I am already using? If so could you please clarify why that is?

Are you able to BBM or send and receive email? You may have a basic data plan with your wireless provider that does not cover BlackBerry services such as Facebook for BlackBerry.
