AppWorld is merely a portal, providing access to applications written by others. If you find an app you like, you can seek out other portals. These could include the developer themselves, Handigo, Mobihand, and others.

 

As for the message being illogical -- the System Requirements include country-specifc support, which you do not meet.

There is a typo, it's Handango and not Handigo.
