I am not able to connect to the appworld it says that I need to upgrade to a service that includes browsing but I do have a data plan is there a way to fix this

hello,

you need what is called a BlackBerry Data Plan. If you already have one, contact your carrier support and ask them to enable AppWorld on your device.
