I have exceeded my available PIN for the App World. I have had to replace my Tour 3 times due to my OS crashing and faulty trackball. I am trying to download my apps but am unable. Please help. (I tried to go to the Billing option but this Blackberry website would not accept my Blackberry PIN number, which is SO confusing. My current PIN is XXXXXXXXXXX.)

Hi there!

There are some issues with PINs being rejected on the forms at the moment -- mine as well is being rejected, so don't feel like you are singled out. To remedy, I need for you to come to this site (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account. Then, post to this thread (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/message?board.id=applications&message.id=1784#M1784) the fact that you've registered. Then, I'll send you a Private Message on this site with the instructions you need for the Bad PIN message you received.

 

Sorry about the hassle, but this is the remedy we've been given.
