I have had trackball issues with the new Tour; causing me to exchange device for the 3rd time in 4 weeks. When I go to My World to retrieve my apps for this device, I get following error id: 20308, you have reached max number of PIN cahnges for this account. I assumethis is due to the recent device changes. Please help, thanks.
and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to also include the reason why you have exceeded your maximum allowable PIN associations to AppWorld (e.g., multiple RMA, warranty replacement, etc.).
