I purchased TalkLock through App World on June 25, 2009 ...

I purchased TalkLock through App World on June 25, 2009 (removed personal info} My Storm subsequently crashed and I lost all my data. I have since tried to restore TalkLock via the My World page of App World. However, when I try to do so, I receive this message: "No Applications are associated with your My World account." Please help.
