which contacts did you lose, cerati9?
the ones from your addressbook or the ones in BBm ?

Hi,

 

my 9900 hangs for ever on "Associating BBM with your BlackBerry ID."

 

I have tried the battery out reboot.

 

I have deleted the App and reinstalled it.

 

Same problem and no progress.

 

Any idea on a working solution or where to go to get one? This is 24 hours now without it. Hurting my business.

I lost my BBM contacts...I downgraded back to 6.2.0.44 and I was able to recover all my BBM contacts.

I've lost my bbm icon after updating to 7.0 and can't uninstall bbm and tried to go restore from a previous date from bb protect with no success. I'm using a Bold 9900. Any help would be appreciated

I'm having the same issue, I've tried rebooting, deleting and re-installing, my partner installed with no issues and we have the same make and model on the same network (bold 9900 - vodafone) I also can't restore bbm 6 even though I backed up over blackberry protect before updating.
I work for a mobile company and asked our tech department, and they say there's no known fix for the problem yet!
