Major app world problem

Problem is below, phone is a torch I'm at the end of my rope. So fustrating I can't even find an email to send my problem to, this is what I had wrote to email :

" My app world hasn't worked in weeks... It keeps telling me it can't validate my email and password. When I try 'forgot password' it tells me its having trouble connecting to the app world server this has been a problem for at least a month. I've tried wiping my phone and now I can't get any of my old apps back , one of which I had paid for, and several of them I used daily. This is a huge inconvenience for me. I would like a solution to this problem as soon as possible please and I have posted on the blackberry forums, the only answer I received was telling me to get apps from a third party , but I would prefer using blackberry app world of course. "
