It is the app developer, no one else, who chooses the specific devices and OS levels they will support. Most choose not to support all, but only some subset. But it's their decision. If you want to encourage them to support your platform, then you should contact the developer directly. If they are listed in BB World, then contact information is always included on their catalog page.
