Purchase Error - "null (error id: 30252)".


I'm having trouble trying to buy a software "Pixelated Plus" from the BB App world.

After I paid for the first time, the App world returned an error "null (error id: 30252)". I thought maybe my network didn't work well, so I tried to pay twice more, and it just returned the same error. However, when I checked, I found that my credit card had already paid thrice, $6.75 in total, and the software"Pixelated Plus" hasn't appeared in "My World" in App world till now.

Could you please help to check if there's something wrong with my Appworld accout ? How can I get the money I paid back?
