I am having problems with the BlackBerry AppWorld not showing certain
applications. I can search for the application and it is not found,
although the application displays on the featured list on the web site. If
I send myself an email from the web site with a link to the app, I can see
it on the BB but it does not have a download option. One app I have
seen this with is Shazam.
On other devices I can see the app in AppWorld.
I am using a Storm which may be the source of the difference. Does AppWorld filter the options you see based on device model?

The App World allows vendors to submit special versions for different devices. And the App World Client filters apps according to your device model.
Since you use Storm, touch screen BlackBerry, no surprise that not all applications support touch screen. However, the vendor may submit a version supporting Storm later. So, just check them later in your App World for any missing apps.

My wife and I both have identicle BBery Sprint 8830 Curves with 4.5 software. I was able to download the Livestrong calorie tracker through App World on my Curve. When we attempted to download the same program onto her Curve the program is not in the App World available program list.
I am using App World .27 she has App World .28
Why would here blackberry report an ID that does not allow for the download and mine shows this app available?
