Re: This application is not available on your device... or missing apps or blank free apps page

Was already signed in in Myworld and app wasn't showing up. When I look at it on the web based App World it shows that I have purchased it. When I go to it the price pops up and when I scan the code it comes up on my phone with the price, showing it has never been installed.

I contacted ScreenMuncher customer service and they sent me a direct link to the download once I sent them my receipt, so kudos to them for excellent customer service and for fixing the problem quickly.

Re: This application is not available on your device... or missing apps or blank free apps page

I'm getting this message with several apps, some of which were paid apps. Pattern Lock, Venomous Vampires Theme, Eon Blue Theme, Air Hockey, and Checkers. The others were free so I don,t care as much about them. I upgraded to the 9810 Torch BB 7 OS. I either want the apps I paid for or my money back. Thanks for hearing me out.

update: i was about to contact the vendor when i saw the earth 2.0 theme priced at $2.99. it used to be free. do you think that has something to do with it not being available for download?

That definitely could be causal. The record at AW is that you obtained a free version. Said free version no longer being available would mean that the prior record is not valid for this newer paid version.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

OK...so that's your problem description. What, of the 296 posts in this thread, many of which contain suggested solutions, have you already tried and what were the results?

Good luck!

Well, don't have tome to read all 296 threads. Not being mean, just truthful. Shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get things I paid for to work on my device. Anyway, since I have been with my carried forever amd have multiple lines with them, they were kind enough to give me some credit on my account which means I got back what I lost so I don't care anymore. However, thanks for your time.

Ahhh....but you see, one thing you don't pay for is these forums. Nor do the kind volunteers who try to provide answers get paid for doing so here. We each reap what we sow....if you sow little (i.e., decline to read through already published answers), then you shall reap equally the same.

I'm glad your carrier took care of you.

Good luck!

Re: This application is not available on your device... or missing apps or blank free apps page

I was using a Torch 9800 and switched to a Torch 9810 and now many of my apps show "unavailable on this device"

Applications include:

Air Canada

TD Canada Trust

Cineplex

various games (Magmic)

Shazam

Thanks in advance for the help.
