Vendor account status is disabled.

I tried to Create a vendor account and at step 4 there was a button of "Done" to finish the register. I read there that I'm going to receive a mail to finish this process. But I'm still waiting for that email.

 

I don't know at this point what is the status of my request. I need to upload a free application. But I'm stuck because of the sign up process. What can I do? I've read this topic http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-App-World-General/Vendor-account-status-is-disable... and I think it is a common problem.

You are receiving this error because your vendor account is still pending.  Please contact support here: https://www.blackberry.com/profile/?eventId=8109 and we will email you the "request for documentation" email again.  We require vendors to submit documentation before we can approve accounts.

Hello,

 

Yes, it is mandatory even for free applications.

to me it has arrived mail confirmation and welcome VENDOR logearme but when I try it gives me this error
