If you go to Options>BlackBerry Identity, what do you have listed for the BlackBerry ID?
Did you set up your device yourself or did the mobile shop set it up for you?
Can you send me a private message with your PIN and the email account you used for your BlackBerry® ID? I can investigate this further for you.
