Hello EPH1

FYI, there's no virus in any BlackBerry devices. Hence, no need to search antivirus app.

Cheers.

Re: bb 9780

Thank you so much for that information but - my phone is linked to all my email addresses and should there be a e/m with a contaminated message when I open it would this currupt my files and How do I prevent that.

Re: bb 9780

Viruses (virusi?) are written with specific targets...for example, a virus will be written to infect a email (usually an attachment) and then, when opened, infect the computer that opens it. But, the virus is written to infect a specific computer OS -- usually Windows. So, if you receive an email with a virus that targets a Windows computer, it will do nothing on your BB device. To date, there have been no viruses credibly reported to have been written to successfully infect a BB device.
