bbm id reset

Good day sir ,please am no longer happily using bb just because of the access dat is denying me to browse the app world sir I tried yesterday but it shows me"SITE MAP: BAD REQUEST ". Help I really need ur help pls. Tanks 4 utr understanding.

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB33263 Blackberry ID password resets performed from the BlackBerry smartphone results in error "Bad site request"
