bebuzz

I've recently updated Bebuzz but it is not working. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, didnt help. When I try to open Bebuzz it says: 'Bebuzz has not bee started correctly. Please reset your phone by doing a battery pull'. I have done this several times and yet it does not seem to work. 

 

What can I do?
