Please explain a bit more..."can't access" doesn't tell us much. Is AppWorld actually properly installed on your BB? Is the icon there? What exactly happens when you select the AW icon (if it is there)?
From your all-too-brief description, it's not possible to understand your exact situation...and the remedy processes can be quite different depending.
