This happened to me this morning while downloading "Viigo for BlackBerry". It stopped at 1198/1238KB. I can pause and resume but it does not complete the download. I have tried all that was stated above.
Model: Storm 9530
App World Client Version: 22.214.171.124
Are you on BIS/BES/Both? I don't know what this means.

I have the exact same problem. I am trying to install 'Poynt' off of the Top Downloads page. When I got to the 'My World' screen, it simply shows 'Poynt' as 'Paused'. When I select the option to 'Resume' it says 'Downoading', I see the data arrows moving for a bit, then it just hangs there at at 0/379 KB. Eventually it goes back to 'Paused' and the fun cycle can continue again and again and again. And again.
I have also tried removing the 'BlackBerry App World', taking out the battery, re-installing 'BlackBerry App World', and it still stays the same...stuck in the downloading abyss. It doesn't give me the option to 'install' the application again off of the app page, only 'Reviews' 'Recommend' and 'Screenshots'.
I have even tried downloading the app direclty from the Vendor, then opening up 'BlackBerry App World' to see if it shows as downloaded yet (it does not), then deleting the app from the <Options>,<Advanced Options>, <Applications> menu. Still no workie.
